Ruth
Marriage is the strongest commitment any two people on this earth can make to one another. God intended for marriage to be a reflection of His love of the church. Unyielding, everlasting, sacrificial. I think marriage is less about love and more about choice and commitment. When I seek wisdom from those in my life whose marriages have endured and stood the test of time, their answers echo the same sentiment: marriage is hard, you have to work hard at it, and most importantly, trust in God.
DT and I are not perfect and we will never be perfect, but marriage is when two imperfect people come together to form a more perfect union (haha) to bear fruit for their community.
I’m grateful to all the family and friends for supporting us to this point and I hope will continue to support us on this long, arduous, but joyful journey ahead. And I am deeply grateful to have a wonderful, strong and sweet man like DT in my life as my partner.
So as I bid adieu to singledom, and step forward into this more perfect union, I want to reflect on two of my favorite proverbs:

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. Since we are blessed to start our lives with a fully set-up home, there is no official registry gift list. If you wish to give a token of congratulations, contributions toward our dream honeymoon or first home would mean the world to us.
FAQ
The drive will take 27 to 35 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
We kindly encourage guests to arrive at the church by 12:30 PM. Seating will open at that time, and the ceremony will commence at 1:00 PM. To avoid any disruptions, we won't be able to seat guests once the ceremony begins.
The wedding will be formal. We kindly ask guests to avoid the following:
Ladies are encouraged to wear floor-length gowns, cocktail dresses, or dressy separates. Gentlemen may wear suits with a tie.
The ceremony and wedding reception will be held indoors. The cocktail hour will feature both an outdoor and indoor space. On January 2, 2026, the weather in Costa Mesa featured a daytime high near 63°F and an overnight low around 55°F.
Our church venue has a parking lot. The reception venue will have limited parking on site, but plenty of free street parking.

We kindly ask that you RSVP by November 30, 2026 so we can finalize seating and catering.
Due to limited capacity, your invitation is addressed specifically to the names listed. If you were extended a plus one, their invitation will appear alongside yours when you RSVP.
We kindly request that only children specifically listed on your RSVP attend. If your children are not listed, please enjoy a well-deserved parents' night out and celebrate with us! We appreciate your understanding!
